Happy Quad Day!!!!!!!



Seriously I can’t really even flex for these pictures. My legs were so tired from the crazy good quad workout…Starting out with 30mins cardio on the treadmill, some stretching…..then to the real deal… SQUAT


Come on Ladies SQUAT the ass isn't going to get round by itself…. moved on to do LUNGES


Quite killing…..Need those legs well-toned…..then to LEG PRESS


That was killer with not much rest in between sets I loved it….ended with some workout on the HIP Abductor


Was so sore after but a sore body today is a strong body tomorrow. The things you get free in life don’t feel as good as what when earned in….Earn it



Remember CHALLENGE, CHALLENGE, CHALLENGE yourself the results you want take hard work, so go in there and KILL IT…Train Hard look beautiful. No reason to shy away from those weight, if you want to get in shape… Muscles triumphs Fats and burns Calories!!!!! So what you “Weighting For?” Glam up at the weight rack and get that A$$ Stacked…….Hope y’all are having a great day….stay up and stay Blessed!
