These suckers are on … did an entire new workout for Back and Biceps today;
BACK: Pull ups, Pull downs, Dumbbell rows and seated rows. 6 set of 12 reps
BICEPS: Standing curls, Preacher curls and EZ bar curls…. It was insane.
My trainer killed me though he wasn't there in person. Am very anxious to see how I feel tomorrow when I wake up.
Am so sore can’t even flex ... feel my arms are going to fall off. But hey am OK with it ... I love being sore after workout … Back on the grind with workout and eating better.
