AS HARD AS IT MAY BE TRY NOT TO MANIPULATE LIFE

“So many things happen for every event, and if you try to manipulate it, it means you are struggling against the whole universe and that’s just silly”. Deepak Chopra.
So many things have happened in my life and I have come to realize that every time I try to “manipulate” a certain situation so it will come out just the way I pictured it I FAILED.
Earlier on this year nothing seemed to work for me. Started with financial troubles, moving from my comfort zone and the most depressing of them all was when I Landed a Job with one of the amazing Gyms in the country which I loved so dearly, gave out my best because I loved what I did and I loved the team I worked with, only for it to come trembling down. Was so bitter and disappointed in myself to the extent I wanted to give up this fitness journey.
But today, when I look back, I can clearly see it and I’m thankful for that fact, that what I then considered a “loss” was actually God and the universe preparing my mind and spirit to receive something better or to actually pay more attention and value on what I already had. I thank God for giving me the strength to keep pushing, digging even deeper not to give up but start all over.
To all those who believed In my dreams and encouraged me the world and back I say a very BIG THANK YOU from the bosom of my heart, I hope that I am able to reflect the sincere gratitude that I feel in my heart to all of you. For those of you who know my story that I shared, I never would have dared to imagine that this could be my life.
You all may be tired of my of all my mushy mush posting lately but I feel it’s the only way to truly express how thankful I am for the countless fruits and happy moments you all provide me with and that we share together whether through comments on IG, FACEBOOK or through emails, all those little encounters with you beautiful people truly light up my life.
Make plans, make mistakes and follow your intuition, but if things don’t come up the way you’ve planned them don’t try to manipulate the events because that is just naive. Just believe that life reserves nothing but the best of all those who believe and practice goodness.
Stay up and stay blessed…BE HEALTHY, BE FIT!!!!

DRINK WATER

So finally the “Bino Water Challenge” is over, with the likes of Rambi, Gallo Mello and Leeya made the whole 30 days 1 Gallon of water a day very interesting. It was a great experience and I loved every bit of it and would like to share some experiences and benefits with you all.
Weight loss: Water helps to flush out the byproducts of fats. I had no intention of losing weight when I started this challenge, all I wanted was to challenge myself to keep hydrated and put a stop to the intake of sugar fizzy drinks which are weight gainers, but surprisingly I lost 2.5kg over the 30 days period. I realized that as I drunk water, my stomach became full and did not feel the tendency to eat more. The most important thing about water is that it does not contain calorie and it is also a great replacement for high calorie drinks such as alcohol, sugar fizzy drinks and soda that often cause weight gain. Over this pass few days, I have learned not to confuse thirst with hunger thus I have adopted the habit of drinking water when I feel hunger to see if that is what I am really craving.
Healthy skin: My body is now well hydrated, looks healthier and I have a younger looking skin. This happens because water helps to replenish skin tissues, moisturizes skin. When the body gets enough water, your skin will feel moisturized and it will look fresh, soft, glowing and smooth. Also your skin will not suffer from soft lines, scars acne, wrinkles or other aging symptoms.
Headaches and Migraines: In case of headaches and migraines problems the first thing that you can do to get some comfort is to drink plenty water (BinoLuvFitness101…lol). In most cases the main reason behind my headaches and migraines was dehydration, I realized that when I drink water the body becomes hydrated and soon the problem of headache and migraine get solved.
Relieve Fatigue: As a permanent night nurse, a Student and a Personal Trainer, I always feel tired. There is always the high chance that it is due to less consumption of water. Water is used by the body to help flush out toxin and waste products that the body does not need. When there is less water in the body, the heart needs to work more to pump out the oxygenated blood to all cells and at the same time other major body organs also become exhausted. All the factors makes you get tired. With enough water in the system, the workload placed on the heart is reduced, thus the relieving fatigue.
Improves mood: Water makes our body feels good and improves our energy level. When your body is active and in a proper functioning state, then it gives positive signals to your brain which ultimately beef up your mood and helps you feel happy from all your productivity level whether at work or in doing task. I am an emotionally Intune kind of person, always in the pensive mood and have found myself snapping into some nasty moods which affect friends and loved ones around me, BUT following this challenge I can proudly and boldly say that was the old BINO..
This challenge has helped me a lot and I recommend it to all who really want to see results in their fitness journey… email me (binoluvfitness@gmail.com) if you want to start this challenge for a free Gallon…. Stay up Stay blessed.
